"Truth of Cancer" written by Shuichi Suzuki (11)

(1-2) Reduce stresses and maintain healthy parasympathetic dominance in the autonomic nervous system to improve blood flow.

Many people developing cancer tend to suffer from excessive stresses and have long-standing elevated tension of sympathetic nerves. This condition should be corrected to achieve a relaxing condition of parasympathetic dominance.
One way to do this to soak in a bath in a leisurely manner as mentioned in (1-1).
Developing the habit of chewing well at the table and practicing deep abdominal breathing with slow and long expiration are also effective in promoting parasympathetic dominance and improving peripheral blood flow. Another effective method is “finger-nail massage.” Using the thumb and the index finger of a hand, massage the sides of each fingernail of other hand for 10 to 20 seconds. Massage on the thumb, the index finger, and the middle finger stimulates respiratory organs, digestive organs, ears, respectively.
Do not use this massage on the third finger, as it stimulates sympathetic nerves.
Massage on the little finger is effective to the circulatory system in general.
Practice this massage many times in a day. Drastically cut down the jobs that cause excessive stress, and try to rest frequently.

(1-3) Walk to improve blood circulation in the lower part of the body.

If you have no problem in moving about, try to walk much to improve blood flow.
By actively moving your body, you can ensure the efficient working of the three pumps in the body: Heart, Lungs and Muscles.
This corrects poor blood circulation.
