(1-3) Negative feeling is also a type of toxins.

In the period leading to the development of cancer, great many patients have suffered from the stresses of personal relations in the organization, the stresses related to jobs, or psychological worries. Similarly to drugs, long-standing worries and stresses stimulate sympathetic nerves and induce contraction of blood vessels. This causes poor blood flow and sensitivity to cold, aggravating the tendency to accumulate toxins in the body. This condition, combined with tissue damage due to active oxygen species, results in the development of cancer.
To make things worse, the words "you have cancer" from your physician adds to fear and anxiety, further intensifying your negative stressful feelings.

However, once you listen to me, you no longer have a reason to fear about cancer.

(2) Take in materials that improve the intestinal environment

(2-1) Eat High-Quality foods.
Design your menu around brown rice, various cereals, and legumes, and eat mushrooms,
burdock and other root vegetables, sea weeds, etc. as side dishes. Eat small portions and chew well(=chew each mouthful of food 30 to 40 times). These materials help produce high-quality red blood cells in the intestines.

(2-2) Take in plenty of enzymes.
Enzymes are an important category of proteins that supports all forms of vital activities. These are contained in fresh fruits and vegetables, fermented foods, etc. Drink freshly squeezed juice of carrot, apple, green vegetables, etc., and you will find the condition of your body starts to improve. Fermented soybeans, miso paste, vegetables pickled in rice bran, pickled plums, and other fermented foods are also important. Enzymes are also produced in cells and intestinal bacteria while you are sleeping. Good sleep is therefore important.
